These Terms govern access to and use of the website sellingxc.com, owned by Sellingxc S.L., Tax ID B-44819273, registered office at Calle Serrano 41, 4th floor, 28001 Madrid (Spain).

Sellingxc offers informational content about how real estate crowdlending works in Spain. The site does not market financial products and is not a crowdfunding platform authorised by the CNMV.

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, these terms and public order, refraining from any conduct that may harm the image, interests or rights of Sellingxc or third parties.
