This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data that Sellingxc S.L. (hereinafter, 'Sellingxc') receives through the website sellingxc.com, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect
We collect the name and email address you provide when subscribing to the newsletter, as well as technical browsing data (truncated IP address, browser, language) and data associated with the cookies you accept.
3. Purposes
We process your data to send you the monthly newsletter about real estate crowdlending, to respond to your enquiries, to comply with legal obligations and, where you agree, to carry out statistical analysis of the site.
4. Legal basis
The bases that legitimise the processing are your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), the performance of the pre-contractual relationship with Sellingxc (Art. 6.1.b) and the fulfilment of applicable legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
5. Retention periods
We keep newsletter data while you do not withdraw your consent. Technical data linked to analytical cookies is kept for a maximum of 13 months, in line with the Spanish Data Protection Agency guidelines.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except with technology providers located in the European Union acting as processors under contract (mail delivery, hosting, analytics). We do not transfer data outside the EEA.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@sellingxc.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with the Spanish National Security Framework and the GDPR.
